Games & Sports is a well known Israeli company employing a dedicated staff of 110. The factory & management are located in the South Industrial Area of Ashkelon (Israel).
We are a “do-it-ourselves” company: we dream, plan, innovate, invent, develop, design, manufacture and market.
We are proud to say that Games & Sports has brought a number of popular innovations to the Israeli market: developing equipment for adult recreation, designing combination play equipment/ street furniture and more.
Our goal is to continue developing new ideas to make the world of play equipment even more exciting and aesthetic, while maintaining our high standards regarding quality, safety and the environment.

The Bigger The Better
Our 10-meter high Adventure Park is one of our favorites. This enormous structure attracts children of all ages for hours of fun and challenge. It is a beautiful, colorful addition to parks, housing developments, beaches, and malls.
Special attention is placed on safety certification of each component and of the compound structure as a whole.
Following the success of the first Adventure Park in Ashdod, Israel, we have set up numerous parks around the world.
Towers are available in square or hexagonal shapes - 3, 4, or 5 stories high.
Plastics For Playtime
Combined structures from colorful polyethylene materials make a positive and attractive contribution to the environment.
Outdoor
Our giant “Sputnik” play systems combine a variety of enclosures, tunnels and slides. They are made of U.V. resistant, sturdy polyethylene for years of fun and games.
Indoor
Our indoor systems are especially designed for supervised activity in a protected environment. Play components include ball pools, boxing bags, soft tunnels, and more. These systems are popular at food courts, family restaurants, malls, and resorts.
Add-Ons to buildings
Our special design and technology enables us to set up systems on the roofs of existing buildings with extra-long tube slides and crawling tunnels which branch out of the central structure all the way to the ground.

A. Towers
Our amazing tower structures are up to 10m high. Giant curving slides up to 17m long and winding tunnels stretch all the way down to the ground. These enormous, exciting structures attract older children for hours of play.

Older children are challenged by these climbers which come in all shapes and sizes.
C. We’re Having a Ball
Our ball game elements include Funnel Ball, Tube Ball, and many more, for individual and group play.

For The Physically Challenged
Over the years Games & Sports has invested a great deal of time and effort in designing new and exciting game elements for handicapped children and adults. We are proud that our special systems have become popular in parks and playgrounds around the world.
These systems are designed so that:

Our talented staff of product design specialists uses the latest software to take ideas (even the wildest ones) and make them into safe, attractive elements.
Playground planning is the result of collaboration which includes you – our client, our sales representative, and the Games & Sports design team. We incorporate all relevant data into our planning process – area, topography, budget, target population, safety standards and any additional input you may have.
Our extensive data base and computer aided design (Autocad) programs enable us to present you with full-color three-dimensional plans within a very short time.
Changes needed? Not a problem. You can contact us by phone, fax, or E-mail and we’ll get back to work. The final result will always be just what you wanted.
Supply & Assembly
We will supply most orders within 45 days of order confirmation.
Special projects and/or projects including imported cable elements will be supplied within 60 days of order confirmation.

We offer several options which include our innovative elements and high quality, without exceeding your budget.
1. Compact Combined Systems with Metal Elements
These combination systems can be designed in compact dimensions while including all of the elements offered in our standard-size play sets.
2. Standard or Compact Combined Systems with Wood
For small community centers and parks, we can incorporate wooden platforms into our standard combined systems to save you money. We also offer a compact version of this play set.
3.Modular Purchase
Our combined systems are made up of modular elements which can be purchased according to your budget, enabling you to add additional elements later on.
4.Self Assembly
Every piece of Games & Sports equipment comes with detailed assembly drawings and instructions to enable self assembly, should you so desire. Our staff will be at your service for assistance and advice at all times. Some communities prefer this method, making the creation of the playground a community project.
Insurance
At Games & Sports we believe that you can’t be too careful!
Our design, production, and assembly standards are stricter than required to ensure that all possible safety measures are considered. From our experience, most playground accidents occur due to lack of proper safety flooring, and we make sure to take this into consideration when planning our playgrounds.

Games & Sports carries product liability and third party insurance policies and acts in full accordance to their requirements.
1. Components
▄ Steel Screws
Games & Sports’ Zn/Fe coated steel screws are up to six times more corrosion-resistant than standard Zn-electrolyte coated screws and are durable at extreme temperatures.
Screw coatings comply with ASTM standards B487, B117, B659.
Our screws are available in either carbon or stainless steel versions.
▄ Plastic Joint Caps
Our plastic rounded joint caps ensure extra safety and an attractive look.
▄ Platforms and Steps
Steps and platforms are made out of perforated (25mm diameter) tin 3mm thick galvanized.
▄ Aluminum Joints
Special decorative, heat-injection aluminum joints connect handrails to center poles, and game panels to stands. Joint dimensions are suited to various element dimensions as required.
▄ Slides - Tunnel Slides and Crawling Tubes:
1. Diameter – 76cm, Length each element – 1m.
Elements are available in straight, 30º and 90º versions.
2. Shapes – Using modular elements, a variety of different slides can be created, such as straight, spiral, or curved tunnel slides.
3. Height – The following table gives an example of the tunnel slide height/length ratio:

4. Slide connections – are made using eight 5/8” steel screws covered by decorative plastics sleeves and round joint caps.
5. Slide access panel – Between the platform and slide we add a semicircular molded polyethylene element to ensure safe
passage from the platform to a sitting position before sliding.
6. Entry/exit – Semi-circular molded elements ensure maximum safety.
7. Slide attachment to playset – tunnel slides and crawling tubes are attached to playsets using 100 x 117cm polyethylene panels using 4 aluminum joint connectors.

At Games & Sports we use high quality Finnish pine, types 1 – 5. Our wood is treated in a pressure boiler at 10 atm with CCA disinfectant for at least 150 minutes.
▄ Cable elements:
We supply cable climbers, vertical and slanted climbing nets, ladders, and climbing cables. The polyamide-coated steel cables are 16-22 mm in diameter and are treated to prevent fading. Aluminum connecting joints are applied with a high pressure technique using no screws or plastic attachments.
▄ Activity panels:
Our activity panel boards are made of double-wall polyethylene 110 x 117 cm and 105 x 85cm and attach to poles using aluminum connectors.
Many of our game panels, such as the Hourglass and Mixing Colors, are protected by clear, scratch-resistant 20 mm cast acrylic panels.

Some of our tunnel slides and horizontal climbing tubes have transparent windows for which we use 4mm polycarbonate for safety and durability.
Bubble Panels:
Some of our polyethylene combined systems include “peek-out” bubble panels and roofs made of 4 mm clear polycarbonate. Bubble panels are 80 cm in diameter and resist scratches and abrasion.
Installation:
All Games & Sports equipment is firmly fixed into the ground using B-200 cement. Strict foundations specifications are furnished for each order by our engineering team.

6. Combined Equipment - Polyethylene:
Our combined equipment is made up of two types of double-layer molded plastic panels:
▄ Square panels 110 x 110 cm
▄ Triangular panels 110 x 110 x 110 cm
Panels are connected by plastic screw rods and plastic roundhead screws.
Equipment base is made of color-coated galvanized metal.
Our plastic elements such as slides and roofs are made of colorful, durable U.V. resistant (level 8) polyethylene 6 – 8 mm thick.
3. Treatments
Metal Treatment
All metal elements are made of ST 37.2 steel. Galvanized elements undergo hot deep galvanizing treatment. Profiles and pipes are double-galvanized inside and out according to Israel Standard No. 918.
Paints
Our elements’ bright, durable colors are the result of our use of DuPont France Enamel B auto paints:
▄ Primer Wash – 30 micron
▄ Top Coat (metal) – 80 micron
▄ Top Coat (wood) – 240 micron
Total coverage – metal, 110 micron; wood, 270 micron.
DuPont auto paints are used in over 70 % of the world auto industry, and are guaranteed against fading for ten years.
All products are powder coated.
